Who bills me for Mailbux mailboxes?

Platform fees follow Mailbux’s published model. As your reseller, we invoice professional services—DNS, migration, training, and managed support—in Kenya Shillings unless agreed otherwise.

Can you migrate our existing mail?

Yes. Standard IMAP migrations from most providers are supported. We plan DNS TTL, dual-delivery where needed, and verify SPF/DKIM/DMARC before cutover.
